Yup. It's about time.
I've too long been too self-conscious by my art. I have been lured into a state of apathy by art-induced performance anxiety.
That might be kind of hard to understand for some, but I think the author Elizabeth Gilbert got me in her TED talk on the 'creative genius' (here's a link for the curious http://www.ted.com/talks/elizabeth_gilbert_on_genius.html?quote=428) when she said that it's the artists job to show up for work, even if ones muse doesn't. So here I am - Olé to me! :)
